Art-o-mat

In February 2020, I submitted my first prototype to Art-o-mat, a project that places original artwork in refurbished vending machines. My Ocean prototype was accepted, and I began painting my first blocks the following month.

Since then, I've painted thousands of small wooden blocks for Art-o-mat. Each one is individually painted and prepared for its journey to a new location.

My little paintings have traveled to locations throughout the United States, including museums, galleries, hotels, and other unexpected places.

Some locations include the Crocker Art Museum in California, the Smithsonian in Washington, D.C., Saint Kate Hotel in Wisconsin, SECCA Gallery in North Carolina, Studios of Key West in Florida, Cosmo/Las Vegas in Nevada, and Caesars Palace in Danville, Virginia.

And there have been many others along the way.
