Each piece is created with care and intention. Because of the hand-made and often one-of-a-kind nature of my work, all sales are final. That said, I want you to be happy with your purchase! If your items arrives damaged or there’s an issue, please contact me within 7 days of delivery at artbydelcy@gmail.com.

If your order arrives damaged, please send photos of the packaging and the item. I will work with you to resolve the issue – whether that’s a refund, replacement, or repair, depending on the circumstances.

Custom or commissioned pieces are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged.
